Hello there,
I've been thinking a lot lately about what makes a good life possible. It seems to me that everyone deserves the basics: a roof over their head that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, the chance to learn new things without going into debt, and a job that pays enough to actually live on. These shouldn't be luxury items - they're just what people need to get by with some dignity.
But here's the thing: finding work isn't always straightforward. Some people know exactly what they want to do but don't know how to get there. Others feel stuck in jobs that don't quite fit. And honestly, the whole process can feel pretty overwhelming. That's why I built Jobina.
Jobina is basically a place where people help each other out. If you've been through the job search process, you can share what you learned. If you're just starting out, you can pick up tips from people who've been there. Companies looking for talent can find people who might not have the usual connections. And the best part? It's all free. No hidden fees, no premium memberships - just people helping people.
I think we're better off when we share what we know instead of keeping it to ourselves. Whether you're fresh out of school or you've been working for decades, there's probably something you can teach someone else, and definitely something you can learn.
Anyway, that's the idea. Simple, but hopefully useful.
Take care,
Luca Matei
